Snickerdoodles

Who doesn't love a classic snickerdoodle?  My husband was begging for these the other day.  We whipped up a batch, and I had forgotten how much I love the cinnamon, sugary goodness smothered on these cookies....especially right when they are warm out of the oven and the cinnamon sugar is almost a warm, sweet glaze.  MMMM.  Okay, I give in.  I've got to go eat another one......
