Honey Lime Enchiladas

Bring on the Mexican food!!!  I love a good tortilla stuffed with chicken, cheese, and drenched in enchilada sauce, sour cream, guacamole, and tomatoes :)  I loved this recipe because the chicken has a slight sweet taste with lots of delicious flavor!  Hope you enjoy as well :)

Directions:

1.  Mix together honey, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic powder.  Add to chicken and let soak for 30 minutes.
2.  Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick spray and pour enchilada sauce so it coats the bottom of the pan.
